OnePlus OxygenOS 12 Closed Beta Testing Program for Nord 2 in India Announced
OnePlus has now announced OxygenOS 12 Closed Beta testing program for the OnePlus Nord 2 5G handset users. The company took to OnePlus Community to make a formal announcement for the same. As of now, the program is limited to OnePlus Nord 2 users in India and it doesn’t include the Nord 2 PAC-MAN Edition.
OnePlus plans to recruit 200 closed beta testers for the program. To those unaware, the Closed Beta testing phase is the first step towards a stable release. After completing the Closed Beta testing, OnePlus usually announces the Open Beta program, which is then followed by a Stable release.
Short Term Closed Beta Testing For the OnePlus Nord 2!
OnePlus says that it has changed its strategy for Closed Beta testing programs and this CBT program will not be a long-term program. Instead, the brand is aiming towards a short-term closed beta testing program and plans to release only a few builds.
The company plans to recruit 200 OnePlus Nord 2 users for the program. Selected users will have to sign a non-disclosure agreement with the company. The company says that the participants must communicate, report bugs/issues, and provide suggestions to the software team regularly on Telegram.

OnePlus Nord 2 5G Specifications and Features
The Nord 2 5G features a 6.43-inch Fluid AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the handset sports an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1200 AI processor coupled with Mali-G77 GPU.
