The device benchmarked at Geekbench comes with 4GB of RAM, which is assumed to be the global variant, while a 6GB RAM variant is supposed to be in the works for China region only.

That apart, we are already aware of the rumoured specifications of the Galaxy S8 Plus which is expected to feature a 6.2-inch display. It will have a rear-facing fingerprint sensor, a 12-megapixel camera and will be IP68 water and dust resistant as well.
