Realme 9 Pro+ Camera Specifications Leaked Ahead of India Launch on February 16
Realme is gearing up for the launch of the 9 series in India. The company has launched the Realme 9i as its first smartphone under the new number series. On February 16, the company will launch the Realme 9 Pro and Pro+ in India.
Realme has confirmed some of the key specs of the device. However, some of the key details remain under the wraps. A new leak by tipster Yogesh Brar has revealed the camera sensor details of the upcoming Realme 9 Pro+. Let’s take a look at the Realme 9 Pro+ camera details, specifications, features and more.
Realme 9 Pro+ Camera
Realme has confirmed that the 9 Pro+ will feature a triple-camera setup on the back. The phone is also confirmed to come with a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor. The company has not officially announced the camera specifications of the other two sensors.
Tipster Brar has now revealed that the Pro+ model will feature an 8MP ultrawide camera. Realme will use a Sony IMX355 sensor for the ultrawide camera. It will have a 119-degree field of view and an f/2.25 aperture. The main camera, on the other hand, will offer optical image stabilisation (OIS), which was confirmed by the brand previously.
The phone will have a 2MP depth sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. For selfies, there is a 16MP front camera with support for electronic image stabilisation (EIS). Realme will use a Sony IMX471 sensor here.
Other details of the device have leaked or have been confirmed in the past as well. The Pro+ model will draw power from a MediaTek Dimensity 920 SoC. It will come with 65W fast charging support for the 4500 mAh battery.
The phone is rumoured to sport a 6.43-inch Super AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution. It will launch in three colours – Sunrise Blue, Green, and Glittery Red. As per a previous leak, the phone will come with a starting price of Rs 20,999 in India. It will have 6GB and 8GB of RAM with up to 128GB of internal storage.
There will also be a standard 9 Pro, which will feature a larger 6.59-inch IPS LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will draw power from a Snapdragon 695 SoC and pack a 5000mAh battery. The device will support 33W fast charging. It will sport a 64MP triple-camera setup on the back. Both devices will run Android 12-based Realme UI 3.0.
